Learn how to use it and now you can be in total control of your electrical system and all of the mysteries will be resolved. Lots of great info in the internet to go along with your new purchase.
Once you learn it well, free wont be an issue. You will gladly spend a few hundred on a really nice volt/amp/rms unit if this is something that is interesting to you. Works well for home/shop electrical purposes as well. | | |
