95 mod. chevy's and gmc's had fuel pump problems, the connector at the pump was the culpret. If you end up doing a fuel pump make sure to clean the connectors in the pigtail and use enectrical connector grease in the socket.
I know you said you have no spark and that could be a cam or crank sensor.
For grinns and giggles take a large rubber mallot and knock the flaming dog crack out of the fuel tank at its center point while someone attempts to start it. If it starts it will probably run untill you turn it off again so this is your chance to move it to the shop for repair. good luck
