Welp, I pulled the trigger and bought this truck. It was parked amongst a whole field full of crusher fodder. I happened to be over there yesterday when the crusher showed up and started setting up his equipment. I just couldn't bear the thought of this truck getting crushed so I bought it. I went back over there today and did some prep work - going to bring it home tomorrow. I'll be flat-towing it 60 miles. I'm not really looking forward to the trip but I'll be glad when its over with. I still have to swap some wheels and tires around - I got 7 extra wheels with pumped up tires on them along with it. I may also get an extra engine and transmission out of another truck that's there. Wish I coulda saved it too but I can't save'em all.
