Recently removing my 3100 rear sill. Besides having mounting bolts, I found some small welds about
1+" long.
Both vertical sides at the stake pockets,

and both horizontal ends along the base.

I have a suspicion they were done by a previous PO during a former resto paint treatment.
But to be sure, are they factory?
