Well, it did turn to be the bottom radiator hose clamp... took just about 1/8 turn to stop the leak.

Sweet, I wondered about what you said too...the level in the top tank is just where you said it should be now.

I added to the overflow to about mid level.. Seems to run at 180 or slightly lower now unless I'm climbing a long grade. Did that this afternoon...maybe a 10 mile grade from 1800' to 2500 ft. It got up to about 195 but cooled right down once I got level... Top speed on that run was 60 but I slowed to 50 when I noticed how fast I was going... I still have the 4.11 rear end.
