| | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 246 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 246 | My truck is a 53 and when I got it the front motor mount was not attached cuz it didn't have the two bolts attached to the mounting plate . After researching the engine casting numbers it is a later 235 from 56,57 . If I change the mounting plate that has the two carriage bolts and install it on the motor will it fit into my truck because it is a later engine block ? | | |
