Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 241 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 241 | I'm currently running a Carter YF 966S on my truck. The main jet has the markings 120/162. The low speed idle tube has the markings 11-232S on the top. I just rebuilt a Carter YF 2100S with main jet markings of 120/164 and low speed idle tube marking of 10.
I'm not sure if these markings have anything to do with jet diameter size. However, they are both fine carbs for the 1956 235 inline.
I would like to change over to dual Carters. Are these two compatible based on the model numbers and jets?
