I could get the ear welded but figured for the cost of welding I might find another manifold altogether. Also even after extensive soaking in pb blaster all 4 bolts broke upon trying to split the intake and exhaust.
A torch might help get them out but I'll still have the crack to deal with.
I'm pretty sure all the early 216 manifolds were similar but the casting number has me thrown off.
