atomarc 'Bolter A Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 5,708 Eureka, CA	I have only installed a few speakers. They have all had notations on them for a + connection and a - connection. I have read about speakers that use their case as a ground and only have a + tab for a connection. I don't know what else a wire would be for unless it were to carry "electricity". Maybe its the kind of "electricity" that has no voltage. I don't know if I should snicker, or weep! Stuart
