Need help with 235 engine ID? Number that is stamped behind dis. (FOI26J). Casting # behind starter (A 250)

This is in my new 54 Chevy 4400 series. It does not have the sloted vent holes in the valve cover like in my '54 Chevy 3100. I'm thinking it might be newer, maybe car engine, blue paint.

Any help will be appreciated.
