A little tip that will save you a few $$$; On the rear axle, you do not need to swap the entire housing to get 5 lug, you can simply swap the axle shafts and drums out. Not only will it be cheaper, but it will save you a whole bunch of downtime of taking the entire housing out. To make it even cheaper, get a good set of axles from a '71-87 C10, have them shortened and regrooved at the local machine shop, I believe the difference is about 3/4". The splines are the same, as are the brakes, so all you would need otherwise are the later 11" 5 lug drums.
