highsider - that video is comparing the AtticFoil [a reinforced reflective aluminum foil] to the
foil covering only of Reflectix - the Reflictex of use to us is a poly bubble layer with foil on both sides, and you won't be ripping it like he shows - in fact there's also a grade that has
2 layers of bubble, and is what I prefer [used a 100'x 4' roll on my bus,
like here], although the double type may not be as available at the box stores
