Just imported this: Owned by Reno Ave Rod & Custom since the late 50's early 60's when it was pinstriped and sign written.
33k showing on the clock. Original motor, in fact apart from seat covers to match the rims and letter shadowing, and converted to 12v neg and a ply in the back, it's as is.
Initially when I started to look for a split screen, Chevy or GMC longbed I wanted a truck with a good overall patina, in a useable condition. With a view to building a IFS chassis 4 bar rear with the obligatory V8.
However the truck is in such good condition, I'm loathed to touch it. Besides I'm chuffed to bits with it, why would you want to change it
