Hey everyone, so i purchased every thing tgis week and started installing, ive already ran into a problem with the clutch linkage. I purchased a kit on ebay from nelcohotrods which had no disclaimer saying not for standard trans. I got the brackets and stuff installed no problem. the problem is this has to have been made for an auto trans or something since that "post" for the clutch and brake swing arms (whats the correct term for that part) isnt big enough to accommodate both the clutch and brake arms like the original. ill post a link to pictures to show you what im talking about, i emailed the seller to see if they had a solution for me. im thinking maybe i can remove the post entirely then drill a hole into the bracket to put the original post back on, or maybe cut off some of the bracket to expose more postto it, the other thing thats wierd is this "post" also had a threaded hole in it , almost like you can extend it with another post. let me know if you guys have tried any of this before. im desperate to finish these dang brakes
