I had tempered glass made for my '54. 2 doors and back for about $ 150.00. Tempered won't crack.
Check with a few different shops, if they are cutting laminated, which is what you have, it shouldn't be more than $50.00.
Ecklers, Classic, etc mass produce them that's why they are cheaper but will charge you more for shipping.
