Check out Griggs sticky at the top of the big bolt's section. Some really good info and certainly a good choice when it comes to bigger brakes.

Long story short is that I have made a bolt on caliper bracket and hub adapter as well as a bolt on master bracket that uses a vacuum boosted M/C from a 3500HD Chevy.
