Hello guys. I'm a member of a volunteer fire and rescue dept. We have a 1939 GMC firetruck that we have restored. The resto is an older one. "15 years" The ol girl is used in parades and when laying a fallen brother to rest..Recently we lost a member that absolutely loved HIS truck. Two years ago during a parade the truck lost all oil psi. I worked it over and resolved that issue. I'm trying to track any and all information on the truck. I found C22864439 stamped in the block behind the distributor. I can't find anything on it. I will try to post pictures soon.Where can I find the vin or any other numbers?
