Outside here to, but it's a 3600 and the two pieces are factory
riveted together on all the bumper brackets that I've seen,
front, rear for all years.
It's only a matter of a few cents, but no need for grade 8 bolts,
this isn't a highly stressed area unless you're hanging a
trailer hitch from it. Grade 5 or even a grade 2 bolt
would be adequate.
