The ID plate is on the dash ... about in the center, As for documentation ... the previous owner it for over 25 years told me it was from Travis ... he knew quite a bit about it. As we sanded down the back and doors the AIR POLICE and USAF markings started to reveal. Mine does not have the AF number stenciled under the hood like yours ... at least so far as I know ... maybe under some paint. I am trying to get the complete history from CA DMV ... but so far it has been incomplete. I asked the Travis AFB Historical group for info (pics and anything) but so far no response. I will put up more pics later.
