Check the timing again with the #1 piston at TDC and both #1 cylinder intake and exhaust valves relaxed. Re insert the distributor lining up for #1 cylinder. Short of that, check fuel feed and make sure you are getting electric to the coil and plugs. Bad wiring? Just check.
