No I'm not trying to be a purist, so maybe I should back this up a little and ask will copper wire and non resistor plugs give the best and hottest spark with these old points ignition systems? That's all I'm really after, otherwise I'll use the carbon wires from NAPA and their resistor plugs. I don't need Hi Performance, just good performance.
FLAPS! LOL. I've seen that used here for quite awhile and thought that it must be a west coast chain of auto parts stores. That makes me look NSB (not so bright). :>)
