Presumably, you are referring to Cadmium (Cd) plating not CAD (Computer Aided Design) or to the element Cadmium (Cd)?
Wrong again, as Bill posted, Cadmium plating services are not hard to find. They are highly regulated (and rightfully so), as is Chromium/Nickle/Copper plating (which has almost disappeared near me).
