actually I don't think there is any other design
there appears to be a "knock off" version of the Newport unit, identified by the lack of a name on, but it's pretty much the same as the one with the Newport name on it - no experience with the AD model, but the Newport unit for the TF years works fine and installs as easy as the OEM optional electric unit
