Thanks for the advice, I thought I had explained my vin tag was damaged that is the confusion over just what it is (1.5 or 2).

All I can make out is: 210K-H 1191 everything else is scratched off...

I will shoot more photos of the axel set up, it appears quite beefy and will identify it tomorrow with some of the info that has been provided!

But until now here is the pic of my vin tag, In Washington I have to get a state patrol inspection because it was sold with a bill of sale. To fill out the paperwork I need to be reasonably sure what it is that I have. that's why I'm asking so many Noob questions. Thanks for everyones help.
