Howdy Stovebolters;
Am working on the front fenders on my 1950 3800, on the bottom rear of the fenders one of my fenders has a skirt which drops straight down from the fender, perpendicular to the ground. The other fender has that same short skirt, but it is folded up towards the rear of the truck. The skirt is about 1-1.25 inches.
Question - should that little skirt remain down? Or is it supposed to be folded back?
