What year truck are you putting this in?
If it is in a 1961 truck, most likely you are looking for a solenoid starter. NAPA, Rockauto.com, and many others should have a 12v starter with solenoid for 235s. It should work fine.
You most likely have an 11" clutch - the size of the clutch has no impact on the suitability of a starter.
