Mike38 'Bolter M Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 76 California, Riverside	I have two shifters, the one I used has a threaded end on the shifter with no knob and the second shifter has a knob but no insert so I guess it is a push on. Thanks for the answer, are there any good reproduction screw on knobs available?
