I'm just outside Knoxville and took the head off of my 49 216 to a local machine shop and he sent it down to a shop in Chatt to refurbish it and they did an very good job. He didn't tell me the name but apparantly they do alot of auto machine work. Based on me getting the engine fired up for the 1st time in 44 yrs the other day, they do good work. It's possible they've merged.
