I believe so. It's been a while since I did the wiring. I know the wire from the ammeter to the light switch was missing, several wires were the wrong colors (as per included instructions) and I think the horn wire was completely mislabeled. Checking wires against the diagram in the manual helped a lot with figuring things out.
