Thanks guys for the links and advice. I have been thinking and thinking on this. Having the front end on is the way to go. I put the fenders on it the day I set the cab down but I am going to bolt them down along with installing the core support.
I am not worried about the bed as I am going to use the stock S-10 bed and do some custom sheet metal work and make it match the contours of the cab.
