6. If you choose to use these 6 Volt LED bulbs to replace all 4 of your Turn signal bulbs, the old style flasher units will not turn the bulbs on and off. There is just not enough current flow to heat up the flasher unit. There are a few ways around this. You can pigtail a single incandesant bulb from each side of the circuit (for example in the trunk, under the dash, or in the tail light housing), or wire in a dropping resistor. As long as there is one of the old type bulbs in the circuit, these LEDs will flash. They will work just fine, with no alterations to your wiring, if they are used for either only front or only rear turn signal bulbs.
