you've got a Deco series? there was originally a switch under the center of the dash for the instrument lights, so you would have 2 switches as per the labels, #10 would go from the headlite sw to that switch under the edge of the dash, and #11 would go from that switch to the light sockets ... if that sw under the dash is missing, you can substitute a toggle sw
