I think I have some good information here. I needed to replace the rear cab mounting bolts. The left rear of the Cab was sitting on the frame. Initially, I was only going to replace the rear mounts but I need to work on a rusted out area of the right floor extension that's held on with large clutch head screws. So, I ordered the "complete" cab mounting kit off of e-bay from "bowtie bits." Item #130874617451. Like all the other nuts and bolts on my 41 they were rusted to the point of being welded. I ground of the heads with an angle grinder, then, I used a large punch to drive the bolts out. I discovered that all the spring/block mounted bolts were "skeletonized" to the point they would have broke soon under normal driving conditions, ( Click on my link for photo bucket and refer to my latest 2 pictures). This, and they can't be inspected until they are driven out. So, I can only conclude that many truck mounts of this age may be in need of replacement like mine. I am going to "seal" the wood blocks, and paint the frame, before I install the new bolts. Note: The wood blocks needed to be drilled out to 3/8". If you don't do this you may run the risk of splitting the wood. I will post additional pictures when I have completed the restoration of the cab floor, and have painted the frame. If you have any information that relates to re-mounting the cab, please share it with me. This is my first attempt at restoring a vehicle. Thanx, I hope this helps someone out there.
