check your battery ,also you might check to make sure your fan belt is as tight as required, sometime they can be loose enough not to charge as needed, dont happen often but it can....

a volt meter will not always work when checking a battery, sometimes it will need a load put on it,, good luck ,, let us know what corrects it,, good luck,,Fred
