Its hard to tell if they will work... where the pump mount is in relation to the cam lobe is the only key. Some pump arms ride the top of the cam lobe, others ride the bottom.

If you do rebuild it check the inner lever for wear where it inserts into the diaphragm slot. I've seen pumps so worn that even though the arm moves, its so worn that the diaphragm never cycles. You can weld it up and file it smooth. Did that to my 42 Ford.
