I believe that you sent me the United Moters Service Bulletin 54-D11 "Service Instructions for Electric Windshield Wiper (6 volts) used on 1954 Chevrolet Trucks". Thanks for reminding me about WallyP. He replied to a previous posting and sent a PM about my wiper in March 2011 and recommended Bill Steinmetz. I have his email and phone - I'll try to contact him.
