does it do it all the time or just when you speed shift? either way in the mean time if you just double clutch it the grinding will go away. try adding two more seconds to your shift time. thats what i would do. i know if you try to speed shift, the tranny doesnt like that in 3rd and 4th unless you shift without the clutch.
