I found my notes.
Pitman arm to Center Link = 45+
I wrote down steering arm, ball joint and shock torque specs, but I don't have the Idler arm info. Very sorry.
I think my new Tie Rods came with paperwork that gave the torque specs.

Well, I did at least have the Pitman arm spec. Sorry I couldn't help more.
