I'd like to try it to see if it works more than anything, still having trouble believing a USA Stant t-stat doesn't work anymore. I think a 1/16" hole should be all that's needed to bleed any air out. That's about all the ones that come with holes have. The brass one in my other truck, and the one that came out of this one had no bleed holes or notches in the valve and didn't spike. I'd like to run as small a hole as I can to avoid long warm up times, especially in winter.
