There isn't much room to install airbags on these trucks. Especially, with the way the steering linkage is. About the only place to istall them would be on the inside of the frame.
Why not just get new springs? There are a number of different outlets for them such as; Suspension king, SD Truck springs, and Eaton Spring. Not to mention, almost all the parts houses have them too.
