Worked of 53 for a while today. Trying to get her road ready and use 216 for a while. Block is cracked on drivers side rear, and has older jb weld fix. I wanted to grind all that mess off and redo. So, when I removed that little 3" copper tube on lower drivers side, presto, I broke it.
After reading a lot here, I see I can replace the line. Heres the question.
I removed rocker cover and loosed/took off the supply from the rocker tube.
Thought I could pull it thru, but not.
Do I have to remove distributor and side cover on pass side to? I've read it might be bent around inside the side cover. Or, do I just yank it out?
On a good note, I ground down area nice for new fix. Many thanks as always...
