Just got my rebuilt 235 back in and running after the usual can of worms - old fuel pump broke the lever, fished the piece out of the pan - fuel line broke changing out the fuel pump - replaced it from the tank to the pump, started up and runs strong! But there is a obvious noise that I thought might be the water pump. Runs cool and the noise is noticeably louder at 55 mph. Now here the puzzler...it gets louder when I stop and put on the parking brake! Any thoughts on this? Truck is an all original 46 1/2 ton with a 61 235.
