| | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy Kinser1970, if you can access and remove the bolts that bolt the backing plate to the spindle with the brakes in place, then yes you could do that. Don't lose the spacers that install between the backing plate and spindle, and don't allow the backing plate assembly to put any stress on the flexible brake line, hope that helps.
