don't see any oil, but I see a big hole [in
this picture] that should NOT be there .... only place oil could be coming from up there is if someone poured oil into the upper mast bearing, like maybe it was grinding and acting dry - meaning it needs to be replaced, it should not be lubricated - and the signal wires should have a little cover over that squarish exit held on with one screw
