im very much willing to buy new ones, but the truck is 6v.
one of the motors (there are 2) can be completely disassembled.
but the other one has the outside of the motor press fitted into the case via little louvers.
the deal is that the wires coming out of the motor are completely frayed.
so all I really want to do is solder a new wire and then get them running.
I dont think they need rewinding.
i can rebuild the engine, paint it, but when it comes to electrical motors Im a complete clutz, I cant make them work, never could.
