I added a PCV system to my 216. I popped off the cap on the draft tube. I then pressed a short length of pipe into the hole to block the small holes that allow gases to escape to the outer lower pipe. I drilled the cap to take the rubber grommet of a PCV valve. Installed the valve and ran a hose up over to where the vacuum fitting is for the wipers. I installed a Tee to accomodate the hose. Lastly I sealed the vents in my valve cover and installed a vented filler cap with mesh in it. The PCV valve I bought off the shelf at FLAPS and picked one that fits a similar size engine.
