Doc41, the cabs should be an easy switch if they are the same year, there were cab mount differences in the earlier years that you should account for. This question may be better answered in the paint and body fro rums.
Don't know much about the engines in question, but I believe that they are all full pressure. This question is better asked in the engine forums.
