Your Pertronix module might be bad. If you have followed the directions and done everything right and still get no spark, send it back for a a replacement. These modules can be delicate. Run too much current through them and they can blow. I run two of them and haven't had any trouble, but I keep a spare module with me in the glove compartment just in case. I have heard of enough of them failing that I don't trust them.
