Buddy, Stuart is very correct to make sure you have a good battery,,, had trouble a few weeks ago with my 70 international halfton, could not get it to crank even with a boost,, but when I checked the old battery out it showed 12 volts with my meter,,took it out checked it out at local auto-store, it was bad,, bought new battery,,, started up right away, had another issue but you have to make sure the battery is good. somtimes they will fool you..best of luck,,,Fred
