The 1942 Master Parts Catalog shows the (KD)truck model would have come with 11 inch brakes, the same as the 1/2 ton models. The KE models (3/4 ton heavy duty models) would have hade 14 inch brakes. There were two 3/4 ton models--KD and KE. Maybe that info will help?
